Listen Voice of you Soul

What is Soul Voice: It is but the meek voice, residing in our bellies that we fail to hear, with its very strong message, if only we would listen. For it does not shout or demand, sing or pacify. It merely whispers. Its voice never reaches our ears or our hearts.
It softly begs us to hear our dreams and intentions and to make them real. The voice you hear when deeply relaxed reveals no urgency, no emotional clamor.

When your soul speaks, do you listen? The small voice that whispers to you, comes by way of your third chakra. It is not the mind speaking nor your heart. It is why we often miss it all together. It does not shout out or create emotional confusion when it speaks.
Whenever we do something wrong ,why we get a voice from inside saying "don't do this, this is wrong".But we ignore it and do what we want to do .
Our mind can give us wrong suggestion but our soul never tells lies!
I always listen voice of my soul.
I am telling you my personal experience with this.
When i go to play badminton in indoor ground ,there is a popular shop of fried  and fast food near to it.After practice of 3-4 hours ,i eat that junk food .I know it is not good for my health but i eat it.My soul says that this will damage my fitness but i ignore it ,and says It will not harm me,everybody eats this, nothing gonna happen.
But since 1 week ,i was going in front of shop and i got a feeling to eat that junk food.I got excited to eat it.But suddenly a voice came from soul that"Don't eat this, this is junk food, this is not good for a sports person"
There,a war started inside me between mind and soul. Both gives its suggestions.
Mind says"Eat it ,it is very tasty,It is hot ,It is spicy and you will feel pleasure by eating this"
Soul says"This will give you minutes of taste and pleasure ,but it decrease you stamina, don't eat it"
Then i refuses to eat that food and i felt very food
Now i just listen Voice of my soul.
I suggest all the people to listen your inner voice and then no one can't stop you !

Badminton Beginers

If you are starting playing badminton at this time ,you have to learn how to start badminton,i also did mistake in starting badminton in proper way and i waste my time ,so save you time :
On What you should Focus
  • Footwok-Don't run around court ,just take steps to reach the shuttle
  • Fitness-It is a game of fitness ,do running, cycling, swimming etc.
  • Correct Stroke-Take advice from your seniors or coach before learning any shot because if you learn any shot in wrong way then, you have to do double efforts to make it right,so do right in first attempt.
  • Correct Grip-If you don't have proper grip ,you can't transfer your whole force into your stroke.Learn forehand, backhand grips.
On What not Focus at this time:
  • Tricky Shots:First learn basic shots ,don't waste time in learning the tricky shots, learn them after.
  • Strength Training:First improve your stamina, flexibility, agility, speed, and then improve strength.
  • Expensive Equipment:Expensive racquet can't make you LIN Dan,you have to learn strokes first.

Wall Practice

Wall practice is very common in badminton.Wall practice means playing opposite to wall.It improves your reaction time and also strong your wrist power. It will help you in returning lighting fast smashes in a safely manner .Always do wall practice with Feather shuttle, never with Nylon.
If you do it with squash racquet ,it will give you great results withing 10 days.
It has to be done correctly. It will train wrist and forearm strength. You can do overhead clears and also drives.Drives you can use it to train how to switch backhand/forehand grip quickly and racket skill.
Clears will train your wrist and forearm for strong punch clears and smashes. If your neck feels sore before your forearm and wrist then you know that you are strong.
* One problem that can develop is that if you hit with too much downward angle, you will hit into the net on the court.

How to protect knee Joint Injury

It is your problem too" if I play continuously for 2-3 hours, the moment I stop playing and finish warm down, I can feel that the knee cap areas are hurting me ...
Besides that ... i also have some back pain lately which my doctor recommended me to stop playing badminton for some time ... apparently lower back pain can also lead weak knees ... how disastrous !"

Don't worry ,I have the solution for you,
DO proper warm -up before playing ,i have already written about warm -up.
-For those with weak/injured knees, it's best to exercise and strengthen the knee ligaments through dynamic and isometric exercises such as free squats (no weights) and wall-chair. Also try to avoid wearing knee braces while playing, they really weaken your knees in the long run even though they support your knees in the short term. If you can't move as fast due to knee pains, time to relax abit on the court, work in some light footwork drills and do more exercise on the knees.
-Don't run or play on hard surface like cemented court or running track.

Why do People fail to meet their fitness goals?

Millions of people play badminton but some of them maintain their fitness ,but why not the others?Today i am going to tell you how to reach fitness goals.
  • Setting of goals-This is the first thing you should do,Set your goals and build your programme around it.The very first thought impulse you had which may have been similar to 'I really do need to lose some weight' or 'I would love to have bigger biceps' will be your starting point. This initial thought impulse is used when crafting your goal

  • A Lack of consistency- When people begin to exercise and don't see results overnight, they become discouraged and fail to follow their exercise routine as rigidly as they should. So, they may follow a programme for 3 weeks, have a week off, feel bad, then try again and exercise for 3 more weeks, have a week off, and so on..So maintain consistency in your routine ,you will surely see the result.

  • Expectations are set too high-Your Expectations from yourself should be high.It is said,"MORE YOU WANT ,MORE YOU GET".Most people exercise for a few weeks, realise they haven't got the beach body they thought they would, and end up quitting. Rome wasn't built in a day... And your ideal body will probably take a little longer to achieve than you initially expecte.

  • Insufficient knowledge of Nutrition-Some people work very hard and even they don't get results as they wanted. This is just because of Improper nutrition.I fully described about proper nutrition in my posts."diet"

  • A lack of Professional Advice-Most people don't have a degree in sports science, or hold an advanced diploma in Personal Training. Some have only just started exercising. So find a person near you which can tell give you advice .

If u feel boring during exercises Play some pop or rock music which will raise your enthusiasm  .Download music of shakira .britney, michal jackon etc and you like.

Reasons to play badminton

Badminton is one of most popular and played game in the world. It have more competition than other games .In My city (Charkhi dadri,India) it is played almost in every street. It is fun to play and also good for health..Badminton courts are available in all community, sport centres and in local schools or colleges. Even without courts or nets, you could still play badminton in parks or in your backyards if they are big enough. It do not require big ground like cricket/baseball/football.
The Reasons To play badminton are the following”-
1.A game for all ages.
Badminton can be an energetic pursuit or a light workout, depending on
individual choice.Badminton can be played by 5 years child or 70 years old man Because of that, you could start playing badminton from as young as you are able to swing a badminton racket, to as old as not being able to move around the court.

2. Reduce blood pressure and risks of heart disease
Hypertensive patient can gain benefit greatly by playing badminton because it
drops the basal heart rate by a few beats per minute and it also decrease the
blood pressure constantly. Badminton helps in warding off hypertension
without the need for medicons and it helps in reducing the dosage of
medications.
Playing badminton on a regular period protects from various heart diseases. It
strengthens the heart muscle, keeps protect the blood vessels from clogging and
causing further health complications. Persons who have some kind of preexisting
heart disease can also gain the benefits of playing badminton under
proper medical supervision that will not put any additional stress on their
endurance levels.

3. Body building
The people think, badminton is just a game like other sports like table tennis, chess but they are wrong.badmiton requires a perfect body and good muscles.
Badminton requires running, sprints, jumping, and fast paced movement, this boosts
Flexibility, high level of agility and speed. The constant range of motion tones legs, buttocks, arms, shoulders, back and stomach as well. It creates strength and power on the
Hands,legs and arms.
After playing badminton for sometime, players will
experience improved balance and co-ordination. Increase more intensity
of the game can boost upper body strength, core stability and stamina, and
improve reflexes and hand-eye coordination.

4. Social events.
Badminton clubs are badminton communities. During club nights and matches
you have opportunities to meet new people and make new friends, who
are from different backgrounds & different communities. Most clubs have social calendars with club fun nights, fund raisers and Christmas parties organised.

5. Body Weight loss and raise height
Badminton can also help overweight people in reducing fat and attaining the
weight optimal for their age and height. It is also a good game for little height childern to raise their height because badminton streches the body at a great extenr. This happens because a person burns significant amounts of calories and prevents them from piling up as fat and further increasing their weight. A 70kg man can burn up to 493kcal per hour.
Regardless whether it is a competitive or non-competitive badminton game.
Combined with proper diet, the optimal weight loss may be achieved.

6. Improve mental health
In addition to the physical benefits, playing badminton improves various
indexes of physio-psychologic functioning. These individuals are better
adjusted, have more attenuated cardiovascular and neurohumoral responses
to mental stress, have fewer symptoms of anxiety, depression, and some type
A behaviors. Playing badminton keeps you feeling well, strong and motivated.
It can help in coping with anxiety and stress and offers a release from the
pressures of everyday life.

7. Increase bone density & prevention of osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones become loose because of
interactions between the hormones in the body, the forming of bones and the
cells that dissolve bones. Persons suffering from osteoporosis have reduced
bone strength and that means that it is very easy for them to sustain bone
fractures.
Playing badminton helps those suffering from osteoporosis because it helps
the activity of the cells that form bones and it also helps assimilating the
calcium in the bone matrix, which strengthens it. Regular badminton games
also reduces various cancer risks.

8. Cholesterol balance
In our body, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and
very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) are bad cholesterols and high-density
lipoprotein (HDL) is the only good cholesterol.
Regular badminton exercises help reduce the levels of bad cholesterol and
increase the levels of good cholesterol in the body. Bad cholesterol is not
beneficial for the health because it enlarges the blood vessels, which may
lead to heart attacks and strokes. The reduction of bad cholesterol levels
provides health benefits on many different levels. So play badminton and see the improvements in your health.

9. A good fun to play
Last but not the least, it is really a great fun to play badminton once you are
getting into the game. You could be addicted. Learn new tricks or techniques
such as net shots,Down the line shots,Net kill , drop shots or jump smash, and show them off in badminton
courts to your friends or opponents. Even you lose some games, but the
sense of enjoyment is something that other stuff can not replace.Try to defeat your friends on love like me
