What to do when injured?

I know injuries are the worst part of a sportsman carrier.But it happens.So WHAT TO DO ? Everyone know basics things like...Rest,Ice,Compression,Elevation( RICE FORMULA)....but i want to share some new tips  which might be new for you  like your knee or ankle injured badly you had gone through surgery and you can't play for 6 months  and its hard to sit for 6 months some players quit also but what i say is after 1 or 2 months....you will be able to walk normally than you can some kind of workout without using Legs ,it will help you maintaining you fitness to certain level

What you should do when injured:-

  • Consider it an opportunity to work on something else you may have been neglecting.

  • Start doing upper body gym light workout

  • Start working hard mentally on Tactics and strategy

  • Don't break the routine of Balanced diet(Eat Right )

  • Keep watching your sport videos.

  • Keep doing strengthening your injured leg

  • Keep a positive attitude regarding your injury
