Give Your 100% Save your time

It doesn't matters that how many hours daily you practice but how much you improved your game is matters.
For example a student study 15 hours daily and the second student only study for 4-5 hours and they both got same marks in exams .Do you know why ?
The first student sit on study table for 15 hours but didn't studied for 15 hours due to lack of concentration and seriousness ,on the other hand ,the second student sit 5 hours on study table but he utilized his 5 hrs 100%,
The same thing is in badminton,if you give 7-8 hrs daily of your life to badminton and not utilizing it 100% then you are wasting your priceless time. When you take step in the court ,then there should be no lack of seriousness, concentration, lazyness etc
Play for 1-2 hrs but play with you full mind and body attention and by this you will save your time

Perfect Floor To play badminton

There are different types of ground or floor to play badminton like
*Cement
*Wooden
*Rubber Mat
It depends on the Funds available and Moderation of area.
As you all know that Yonex Mats  are the best to play badminton but they are very costly.Wooden & rubber mats floors are Widely used for badminton.
Wooden Floors
Wooden floors are widely used  to play badminton and have less chances of injury. They are cheaper than yonex mat but get slippery after some time but we can get good grip on it  by using glue on it before play.Wooden flooring can last more than 100 years with regular maintenance.
It is good for jump smashes and knee joints.
Cement Floors
I am playing on cemented floors since last 10 years. It gives good grip to shoes and also cheaper than others but have more disadvantage like
-High maintenance cost
-Hurts your knees and wrecks your shoes.
-Danger of injuries
Rubber Mats
Rubber mats are also widely used for badminton flooring.Mainly rubber mats are laid after the wooden flooring to support the legs and joints and to give better grip to shoes. It is good for lunges and jump smashes.

In my view Rubber mats are best and Cement floors are the worst.

Balanced Diet Of Sportsperson

We all know that balanced diet plays a vital role in our fitness.Fitness build on the bases of what we eat and drink. If we drink Fried and junk food ,our fitness will get down &If we Take proper Proteins, minerals, vitamins (like milk, eggs, juice,Wheat etc) then our fitness will be great.

As you for being a professional badminton player your fitness should be ultimate. In an interview with Saina Nehwal said that fitness constitutes 40% of a badminton player and 60% is made by techniques and tactics.
So many of badminton player take protein, vitamin and minerals by different sources like milk, cheese, juice, banana shake etc.but failed to get the level of fitness they wanted .DO YOU KNOW WHY?
I will tell you ,In today's world nothing is 100% pure.We eat banana but it is grown early than its natural time period by chemicals. We take milk,we get milk from cow or buffalo .Buffalo gives milk either by injections or by eating green crops.Crops are also grown by adding urea, pesticides,.SO i want to say that you didn't get from milk what you wanted .
We take green vegetables for Iron .But Vegetables are also grown early by chemicals .So this time you also didn't get Iron from green vegetables. So Everything is impure. So what to do .I have the solution.

Truths of Time

Everybody Says that time is money or time is priceless, today i will you tell some truth about time which may help you to better consumption  of time:

1.Nobody can manage time-Many people make time tables to manage their time ,but most of them failed because you can't manage time but you can manage those things that take up your time.

2.Time is expensive- As a matter of fact, 80 percent of our day is spent on those things or those people that only bring us two percent of our results.

3.Time is perishable It cannot be saved for later use.It is use on the present only so use it wisely.

4.Time is measurable Everybody has the same amount of time...pauper or king. It is not how much time you have; it is how much you use.

5.Time is irreplaceable We never make back time once it is gone. You can't replace your gone time like your T.V. or something else.

6.Time is a priority You have enough time for anything in the world, so long as it ranks high enough among your priorities.

So what we learned about time that save your time which is wasting, use most of it because once the time gone it will never come again
