Be of good health for humans is extremely necessary. A healthy body is a healthy mind. In other words, having a healthy body and healthy mind is essential. Sick body, gives rise to a sick mentality. Vedic times our ancestors' disease-free body, "ie healthy body as the chief pleasures. Sports
or exercise are very important for a healthy body, the flesh is the
same need to play or exercise to keep healthy as that of food and water
to live life. Student life is the cornerstone of human life. All went to assimilate in this period as well, have a permanent impact on human life of bad habits. Along with the study exercise has been instrumental in the overall development of human beings. Students who value equal to games with their studies they are often acumen. They body and mind are both from the same completely healthy. Games have their mental health remains good. They
develop human qualities are more tight-revamping than other students
and may include patience, tolerance, forgiveness is greater. In our country, yoga, various methods of push-ups, running, wrestling, swimming and more exercise are prevalent. Play is also a form of exercise. Football, hockey, Balibol, kabaddi, kho-kho, cricket etc are the major sports in the country. Hockey is our national sport. In
this game we have a growing popularity of the World Champion for many
years, but sports like cricket, chess and tennis nowadays country. The cricket team is former world champion. Chess Our name is the top countries. In the past few years in the tennis world, we have a reputation. Based on Games of nature we can divide them into two parts intra-regional and Bhirkshetriy. Chess, called table-tennis, carom and more intra-regional game while hockey, soccer, cricket etc. Bhirkshetriy game. Person can select games according to their interests and convenience
are better than the sight of Bhirkshetriy game health as they are
played with jumping into the open environment. Coordinate Bhirkshetriy and intra-regional games can also prove to be useful to humans. Has its own specific rules for all games. We game should play according to the rules and procedures. Game
humans wake up good interpersonal harmony and team spirit with health
nor offer only the games played by the spirit of people. If we look at the developed countries than in developing countries, their health is better. They are more healthy comparison in both the physical and mental forms. All
these countries have more important games with the same education
started making possible all-round development of their citizens. Now it came to explaining the importance of sports in our country. Has

previous years, as well as an increase in our sports budget. The positive results have started to come. World sport in the past years, we have achieved several important milestones. Therefore,
it is essential for the overall development of human beings that we
give equal weightage to both sport and education. Youngsters
from starting to healthy and strong future of our country should be the
need to explain the importance of the game and provide more economic
budget and facilities to encourage the government to be able to get
opportunities and appropriate facilities for new talent. In
addition, it is also necessary that the country understand the
importance of every citizen to exercise and sports as well as possible
to pay his round development adopted him.

Lee Chong Wei Back in Action
Former World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei who was banned for doping cheat case....now released after 8 months.His hopes of winning the Rio Olympics helding next year is still alive .The 32 years old and twice Olympics silver medalist,banned since November last year after positive test for Dexamethasone(anti-inflammatory drug) .
BWF banned lee chong wei for 2 years but the Kuala Lumpur-based BWF opted for a softer sentence.In his second hearing, the panel is convinced that is wasn't a case of intent to cheat.Now Lee Chong Wei will be eligible to participate in all tournaments .
Former World No. 1 rank is now down to 30th...but everyone knows how much time it will take to regain his position agian...LCW has a huge fan following and everyone is hungry is watch his action again..
I hope we will see LCW Vs Lin Dan again in Olympics...

Lee Chong Wei Getting Quit in 2012
According to media reports,World no. 1 Lee Chong Wei is planing to retire in 2012,Lee wants to win the olympics before he retire.He is on BWF ranking 1 since 2008 and wants to stay on top till he retire.
. "I am close to the end of my playing career and I don't want to have any regrets after I retire, like not winning a single major title despite being the world number-one," Lee was quoted as saying in the New Straits Times.
"I have another three chances to win the World badminton Championship but only one opportunity in the Olympic Games.
"This is why I have to be in my best form for the 2012 London Olympics. It will be my toughest challenge," said the player, who has won 24 career titles.
Lee will start to give coaching to young players and i think he will be the best coach ever made,
"I am so happy to be the icon to inspire many youngsters here. If I can succeed as a badminton player, they can too," he told the Star newspaper.
"I have sacrificed a lot but I do not plan to leave the (national) team in the lurch. I will encourage the back-up shuttlers," he said.

1 month badminton coaching from hyderabad
Dear badminton lovers this post is dedicated to to all the people who are thinking to take coaching of badminton
One of my friend took one month coaching from Hyderabad and i am sharing what he did there and how.
It cost $411(Rs 20,000) ,it includes residence,diet,coaching,shuttle,Juice)
DAY 1 (15/10/2011)
Morning practice with Sanjeev and Govardhan Sir
i)Wake up at 5:45am and do proper warm -up by jogging,skipping etc Check out, WARM-UP TIPS
ii)Do sprints(400m X 10)
iii)Then A good Court Touch and some drills on court near by 30-45min
iv)Do Relay race for 30 min
v)At the end do some relaxing Stretches
BREAKFAST-Aloo Parathe+curd
Rest in afternoon
LUNCH-Daal Makahni+Chapati
Evening Practice with Laxman And Govardhan Sir
i)Do weight training for 30 minutes
ii)Play Singles Matches for almost 45 min.
iii)At the end Do good relaxing Stretches.
DINNER-Cheese Dish +chapati and sleep well
DAY 2(16/10/2011)
Morning Practice with Sanjeev Sir
i)Wake-up 5:30 am and Do good warm up firstly
ii)Do abs-workout for 15-20 minutes
iii)Do agility and flexibility exercises for 45-60 minutes.
iv)Do Shuttle run (30m X 6)
v)At the end do good relaxing stretches .
BREAKFAST-Bonda+Milk
LUNCH-Potato Vegetable+Chapati
DINNER-Rajma+Chapati
Rest on evening session
DAY 3(17/10/2011)
Morning practice with Sanjeev Sir
i) wake-up 5:30 am and do proper warm-up
ii)Agility and flexibility exercises
iv)Play Football,i.e good to improve stamina
v)At the end ,do good relaxStretches
BREAKFAST-4 Bread+Milk
Afternoon Practice With Vanket and Laxman Sir
i)Proper warm-up
ii)Wall Practice for 15-30 min.i.e. good for quick reaction and Improve wrist power,it is must
iii)Play Smash and Tap Game Means Doing smashing and taping on net alternately.
iv)Play Singles
v)At the end,do good relax Stretches
LUNCH-Potato Vegetable+curd+Chapati
Evening Practice with Laxman Sir
i) Do proper warm up
ii)Play football
iii)Round Running for 20-30min
iv)At the end,Do Some Relax Stretches
DINNER-Daal+Chapati
It is very difficult to explain all 30 days training schedule but i think you have understand that how coaching academies train people .
