Pre event meals prevent weakness and fatigue and ward off hunger .
Morning event :
*Night meal should be a high carbohydrate meal
*Do not skip breakfast
*Breakfast should be light
*Avoid fried foods
*Include good quality protein
Afternoon event :
*Avoid large meals
*Avoid refined carbohydrate like Maida, white, rice, potato etc
*Hydrate well
Evening event:
*Lunch should be light
*Eat every 2-3 hours.
*Do not skip meals earlier in the day
