Our legs should be strong to move fast around the court.I am telling you some easy ways to improve leg strength.
- Do skipping: 250 skips/day ,DO 2 sets each set contains 250 skips for 1st week
DO 3 sets for 2nd week
Take 40 second rest between two sets - Climb Stairs daily 15 minutes cont.
- Shuttle Run
- Do weight exercise, Twice a Week
