What not to eat !

Diet is very important for badminton players so keep your diet good and balanced.i have described fully about diet in my earlier post.today i will tell you what not to eat:-
1.Avoid oily and fried things like chips,paties,samosha etc
2.Avoid cold drinks.
3.Avoid regular tea and coffee ,but you can take sometimes when you feel tired or you have got fever.

What to take and not before a match:-

Always eat veggies to make you fit 'n right! drink milk too for stronger bones too!
make sure you drink water before and during, but not too much
remember: don't eat foods that will make feel sick before you play badminton! it would make you feel uncomfortable! if you feel uncomfortable, there would be more less chance for you to win.
