Diet


As  i said before proper diet is must nescessery for badminton players after a good physical training.
Now I will tell you about diet
After doing th e physical exercises and coming to home
*(Breakfast )Eat soyabin,chane/ mung/egg/cheese+Milk/Banana shake/juice
*Near by 11/11:30am ,Have a glass of juice(Carrot/mosmi/banana shake/etc)
*Have a lunch about 1 or 2 pm
*If u go to practice for badminton in evening, then have any fruit before 2 hours you go
*Drink water during and after the play
*We should drink 6 litre water per day in summer
*Drink milk after practice if you want
*Have more salad in Dinner
*Have lemon juice Eeryday(More effective without sugar)
*Avoid Cold Drinks,Junk food,Oily food,Burger,Tea,Coffee,Paties,Pateries
HAVE 8 HOURS OF REST TO RELAX YOUR STRECHED MUSCLE
