- How to hold the racket:-Racket can be holded in two ways.Forehand grip and backhand grip.You must hold your rocket with the head upward or in vertical position and grip the handle as if you are handshaking with someone
- How to serve:-There are two ways of serve.Forehand and backhand.Backhand serve is mostly adopted in singles and doubles.Forehand serve is adopted in women's single.You can also aim the middle part to make it easier to execute.
- How To Approach the Shot:- To reach the shuttle early you should have excellent footwork.For this you have to do sprints.You can use your left hand to hold and point the racket and hit the shuttle cock.
- How To Hit The Shuttle Cock:-Hitting the shuttle cock is not that easy as you think it is. You must focus on it all the time. It will be good if you move forward as you hit the shuttle cock.To hit the shuttle in backhand you should have enough strength in your arms.Weight training should be done.
